Features

• Icon Handler Extensions are now fully supported. See the sample 'DllIconHander' for an example of how to implement these extensions.
• Info Tip Handler Extensions are now fully support. See the sample 'FolderInfoTipHandler' for an example of how to implement these extensions.
• The Nuget Package now adds required .NET Framework references automatically (System.Drawing and System.Windows.Forms).

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that would always put SharpShell context menu extension items at the very bottom of the menu, instead of near the top.
• Fixed a bug that meant that when a SharpShell context menu extension was registered, some context menu items (like Open and Edit) would be hidden.

Notes

• Breaking change: IconHandlerExtension now stores the selected item path in a property called 'SelectedItemPath' - not 'FilePath'.
